Booking InstructionsRequest a quotationThe first step in booking with us is to work out a tailor-made itinerary and quotation to suit you. All of our tours are tailor-made according to your schedule and preferences. Start by looking at our sample itineraries to get an idea of what is possible, then let us know what you would like to change! We can add or remove activities or whole sections of the itinerary to suit you. If you don't see what you want in one of our samples, just tell us what you want to do and we will see what we can do for you! You can start this process by letting us know your preferences using the Quotation Enquiry Form or by emailing us at [email protected]. After we receive your form, one of our Central Asia travel specialists will contact you to discuss your plans further. When you are satisfied with the tailor-made itinerary and price that we offer you, please follow the directions below to book. Making your bookingBefore booking with us please read our booking conditions. When you are ready to book, please download a booking form. Please print this form, fill it in, and send by fax to +44 28 9099 8951. PaymentA deposit of 10% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Most people prefer to pay by credit or debit card. Please note that credit card payments attract a surcharge of 1.5%. Debit card payments (e.g. Delta, Maestro) have no surcharge. Note also that although our prices are usually quoted in Euro, at present we only have a facility to accept payments in pounds sterling (GBP). So we will convert the price to GBP at the interbank rate on the day that we take the payment. To pay, please download a credit card authorization form.
